Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

Job Descriptions:
  1. حضور منظم در ساحه كار.
  2. تطبيق واكسيناسيون و اجراي راجستريشن طبق معيارات تعيين شده.
  3. تهيه پلان كار ماهوار.
  4. تنظيم و ترتيب واكسين ها در يخچال و مراعات شرايط سلسله سرد.
  5. حفاظت دايمي از تمام وسايل و امكانات دست داشته.
  6. ارائه تعليمات صحي قبل از شروع جلسه واكسيناسيون به مدت حد اقل ده دقيقه بصورت عموم به مراجعين و در جريان واكسيناسيون براي هر فرد.
  7. نصب پوستر ها و مواد تبلبغاتي ارسال شده به مراكز واكسين و نوشتن شعار هاي صحي تعيين شده در ساحات كار.
  8. تشويق و به تحرك آوردن جامعه جهت اشتراك در تطبيق پروگرام واكسيناسيون.
  9. اشتراك در ايجاد شورا هاي قريه، در يافت مشكلات منطقوي از طريق آنها ، دريافت راه حل هاي مناسب، تشريح سيستم كار اوت-ويچ ، دادن معلومات در مورد تعداد واكسين شدگان و در يافت نظريات آنها در مورد تطبيق بهتر پروگرام ها.
  10. سعي در بلند رفتن پوشش واكسيناسيون و كاهش دراپ-اوت.
  11. مراعات شديد شرايط حفظ الصحوي در جريان تطبيق واكسين.
  12. تهيه راپور ماهوار و ارسال آن از طريق مسوول بخش صحي ساحوي.
  13. پيشبرد پروگرام هاي مطروحه ضميموي واكسين(EPI+ )
  14. سعی در بهبود کار با کم ساختن ضایعات و کم ساختن دراپ اوت ها در ساحه کاری
  15. تطبیق واکسین اوت ریج در ساحاتی که در نظر گرفته شده است در وقت و زمان معین آن
  16. مراعات شرایط زنجیر سرد در زمان تطبیق واکسین در ساحات اوت ریج
  17. آمادگي به اشتراك در كورس هاي تربيوي صحي.
  18. هماهنگي كامل با ساير بخش هاي صحي موجود در ساحه فعاليت و ايجاد سيستم رجعت دهي مريضان به داكتر كلينيك.
  19. پذيرش آنعده نقايص كاركه توسط سوپروايزر دريافت گرديده و تلاش جهت برطرف نمودن آن.
  20. اشتراك در كمپاين هاي سر تا سري واكسيناسيون.
  21. شناخت امراض مورد نظر پروگرام هاي توسعه يافته معافيت.
  22. سعي در ايجاد فضاي دوستانه بين كارمندان صحي ء مراجعين وجامعه .
  23. اشتراك منظم وفعال در جلسات كلينيك.
  24. حضور مداوم به محل وظيفه.
  25. مراعات دقيق لوايح و مقررات سازمان.
  26.  رعايت قوانين اسلامي، اخلاقي و اجتماعي
Job Requirements:

• Graduated from recognized School/institute/program.

• Participation in EPI course from recognized institution is must.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience,

• Willing to travel and live in difficult and remote areas

• Fluency in spoken and written Dari and Pashtu is a requirement or at least local language where she is assigned to work.

• Culturally flexibility and respect multi-cultural environment.

• Good team work spirit and very good communication with staff & clients.
