Job Descriptions:
  • Accurately dispense prescriptions as per the doctor’s instructions.
  • Provide clear guidance to patients on the correct use, side effects, and precautions of medications.
  • Counsel patients on medication adherence and lifestyle modifications for improved health outcomes.
  • Maintain an organized and well-stocked pharmacy inventory.
  • Regularly check and monitor expiry dates of medications.
  • Place orders for pharmaceutical supplies to ensure availability.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns regarding prescriptions or over-the-counter medications.
  • Support patients in understanding their treatment plans.
  • Work closely with doctors and nurses to clarify prescriptions and recommend alternative treatments when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare and pharmacy regulations.
  • Keep accurate and updated records of prescriptions, patient interactions, and inventory.
  • Participate in staff training sessions and professional development opportunities.
  • Stay updated with advancements in pharmacology and medical treatments.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
  • Governmental Exit Exam Certificate
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience in a related unit.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hospital management issues and the ability to lead and train others in hospital management responsibilities.
  • Good interpersonal manner and the ability to build relationship with clinic directors and managers for the purpose of performance improvement.
  • Computer literacy skills in standard office programs (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player and capacity builder.
  • Flexible, with a positive attitude and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
