Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities

To learn commissioning, operation, and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
Responsible for shift handling of Mechanical /Electrical sections
nspect equipment and identify for any abnormality.
Condition based monitoring.
Coordinate with other departments to achieve maximum production.
Responsible for Man & Machine safety.
Study mechanical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Ensure compliance with TQM (Total quality Management)
To learn Troubleshoot on mechanical issues and implement effective corrective actions.
Prepare daily progress reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is carried out according to approved standards.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment installation, and maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical documents.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance and troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Experience in the cement plant or other heavy industrial plants is preferred.
