· bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Law, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in case management or protection programming in humanitarian settings.
· Experience working with PSN cases, including persons with disabilities, elderly individuals, and survivors of abuse, is an advantage.
· Familiarity with national and international protection standards, including protection guidelines.
· Proficiency in using case management tools and reporting systems.
· Fluent in Dari and Pashto. Proficiency in English is highly desirable.
· Strong knowledge of computer and using KOBO and online case management system
· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle complex cases effectively.
· Empathy and cultural sensitivity, with the ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable populations.
· Commitment to ARAA and protection principles, including confidentiality and respect for beneficiary dignity.
