Job Descriptions:

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Female Health Center Documentation Officer will support project monitoring, service documentation, reporting, and information management across the Psychosocial Counselling Centers.

The role will ensure timely and accurate documentation, verification, entry, analysis, and reporting of project progress while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with ACDEO and donor reporting requirements.

·       Support routine project documentation using approved formats and procedures.

·       Maintain service records and attendance documentation.

·       Support approved registration and intake processes.

·       Ensure completeness and quality of project documentation.

·       Organize, verify, and maintain project information and records.

·       Maintain secure physical and electronic filing systems.

·       Support preparation of routine project updates and reports.

·       Ensure proper archiving and record management.

·       Support tracking of project progress against approved indicators.

·       Prepare periodic summaries and reporting inputs.

·       Contribute to internal and donor reporting requirements.

·       Support preparation of information summaries where required.

·       Conduct routine document review and quality checks.

·       Support implementation of project quality standards.

·       Identify reporting gaps and support corrective actions.

·       Coordinate with project teams to strengthen documentation quality.

·       Support documentation of lessons learned and achievements.

·       Participate in coordination and review meetings.

·       Maintain confidentiality and secure handling of project records.

·       Apply safeguarding and approved consent procedures.

·       Comply with ACDEO policies and donor requirements.

Job Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Essential:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, BBA, Law, Computer Science, M&E, or related discipline.

·       Minimum 2 years of experience in Documentation and reporting.
• Experience maintaining databases and project documentation.
• Experience working with NGO, humanitarian, or health programs.

Preferred:

·       Experience supporting MHPSS, health, or UN-funded programs.

·       Experience working with digital data collection systems.

·       Familiarity with indicator tracking and donor reporting.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

·       Strong Microsoft Excel skills.

·       Database management.

·       Reporting and analysis.

·       Familiarity with digital documentation and reporting tools is an asset.

·       Record management and filing.

LANGUAGES

·       Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto.

·       Working knowledge of English preferred.
