·Medical Doctor (MD) with at least 7 years of relevant experience in public health project management and hospital management;
or
·Medical Doctor (MD) with a master’s degree in public health or Hospital Management and at least 5 years of experience in managing public health projects and hospital operations.
·Project Management, Hospital Management, M&E, Computer and Microsoft Office Suite.
·5–7 years of relevant project implementation experience, preferably in NGO/INGO or donor-funded projects. Experience working with donor-funded projects is an advantage. Basic understanding of project cycle management and compliance requirements.
·Understanding computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
·Proficiency in both national languages and working knowledge of English language.
