The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations, ensuring accurate financial recordkeeping, compliance with tax and regulatory requirements, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role ensures financial health through budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and internal controls.

Supervise daily financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and recording.

Reporting directly to the CEO.

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Monitor and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Lead the preparation and submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure compliance with national tax laws and oversee preparation of tax returns.

Liaise with external auditors, tax offices, and regulatory bodies.

Manage customs-related financial processes for imported goods, including cost tracking and documentation.

Maintain financial records in an organized and auditable format.

Support budgeting and forecasting processes and track budget performance.

Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets.

Provide financial insights to management to support decision-making.

Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data.
