Job Descriptions:

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Developer to lead the design and development of seamless, user-centric digital experiences across our platforms. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the user journey and bridging the gap between design and development. The ideal candidate is not only a master of front-end technologies but also deeply understands user behavior, accessibility, and responsive design.

Lead the end-to-end design and development of intuitive, responsive user interfaces.
Translate complex user needs into functional UI components using modern front-end technologies.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams.
Own the implementation of UI/UX best practices and advocate for user-centered design across the organization.
Review and improve UI/UX development processes and workflows.
Conduct and oversee user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to validate design decisions.
Ensure accessibility, performance, and scalability of interfaces across devices and platforms.
Stay on top of emerging trends, tools, and technologies in the UI/UX and front-end space.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in UI/UX development or front-end development roles.
Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
Strong experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, etc.).
Deep understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG), SEO best practices, and performance optimization.
Solid understanding of design systems, component libraries, and code reusability.
Excellent communication and management skills.
Strong portfolio showcasing advanced UI/UX work and real-world implementations.
Familiarity with back-end integration (REST APIs, GraphQL).
Knowledge of version control systems like Git / GitHub.
