Salary: According to DACAAR / PB salary scale (PB-B) including Government Tax

Education/ Qualification and Employment Benefits
Education: University degree is required for both Male/Female, BSc in social environmental science / Gender Studies, Master in relevant field is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in Community Driven Development projects.
Familiar with community-based gender environmental and social aspects
Other qualifications’ an advantage:
- In-depth knowledge of gender environmental and social safeguard regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Familiarity with gender environmental and social safeguard management Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address gender environmental and social safeguard risks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and report writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in using gender environmental and social safeguard assessment tools
- Certification or training in gender environmental and social safeguard auditing or risk assessment is a plus
Languages: Pashto, Dari and English.
