Job Descriptions:
  • Maintain effective communication with government organizations and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax clearance documents of branches rent to ensure timely compliance with tax obligations.
  • Manage the renewal of necessary permits and licenses required for the organization's operations.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation within the Admin department for easy retrieval and reference.
  • Supervise clerical and administrative support staff to ensure efficient office operations.
  •  Lead and coordinate specific projects and tasks related to administrative functions.
  • Prepare, review, and manage various agreements, including contracts and service agreements, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • Draft and oversee procurement agreements, ensuring that all purchases meet organizational standards and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with all sections of the Admin department, ensuring alignment in goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of branch relocations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Support the establishment of new branches, including site assessments and logistics planning.
  • Monitor and manage expenses related to administrative functions, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
  • Property management services, including contract administration, tenant placement, rent collection, and any other tasks related to bank-owned properties."
  • Prepare regular reports on administrative activities and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Any task allocated by head or Deputy head of GAD.

Job Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in administration, specifically in agreement management and clerical tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law or Literature (Dari Department); a bachelor's and master's degree in Law is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in application writing, contract drafting, analytical abilities for proposal writing, and fast typing in both Dari and English
  • Excellent communications and leadership skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in computer
  • Knowledge of English, Dari and Pashto languages

Experience in banking filed is preferred
