Job Descriptions:

Install and configure system servers.
Monitor and maintain server operations and configurations.
Oversee critical IT System Services, ensuring availability and security.
Monitor and maintain the smooth operation and major configurations of system servers, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft Hyper-V and VMware
- Cloud Applications
- Domain Controller/Active Directory
- File Server
- Anti-Virus Server
- NAS Storage
- Asset Tracking Server
Monitor and maintain the following IT System Services:
- Web Site Ghazanfar Bank
- Case Management Services
- Online Payments of Services
- Credit PCR, Compliance PGP, HR AsureID
Ensure the availability and security of the above-mentioned Services and Servers.
Monitor performance, record incidents, and proactively address issues with the mentioned Services and Servers.
Maintain change forms for any modifications to the aforementioned Servers and Services.
Conduct frequent market analyses and visits for staying updated on new technologies and improvements.
Supervise and monitor case management and record-keeping processes.
Ensure all system activities comply with IT Policies and Procedures.
Maintain and store passwords related to the mentioned Systems/Services securely in a complex format, strictly confidential, and restricted from unauthorized access.
Prepare action plans for major expansion activities in the Head Office and/or any Branches.
Ensure full awareness of IT Policies and Procedures, ensuring daily operations within the System section adhere to them.
Review system logs, record and report any suspicious activities.
Manage and provide guidance to junior members of the team ensure the delivery of quality services.

Attend to any other matters not mentioned in this document but advised by the IT manager.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Certifications in relevant areas such as Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional (VCP), or equivalent.

Skills:

Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V, VMware, Cloud Applications, Domain Controller/Active Directory, File Server, Anti-Virus Server, NAS Storage, and Asset Tracking Server.
Experience with managing and maintaining web services, case management systems, and online payment services.
Proficient in monitoring and ensuring the availability and security of servers and services.
Solid understanding of IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance in daily operations.
Knowledge of market trends and a proactive approach to staying updated on new technologies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
