Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Public Administration, Management, Security Studies, or a closely related field.
- A professional certification in service management, facility management, or security operations is highly desirable.
Experience:
- A minimum of +5 years of progressively responsible experience in service management, maintenance, security operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.

- Proven ability to develop and implement service management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced knowledge of facility management, security operations, and service delivery principles.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in maintenance, security, and professional service management.
Coordination and Communication:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with internal teams, external service providers, and senior management.
- Strong ability to coordinate and oversee multi-departmental service functions.
Technological Proficiency:
- Proficiency in service management and administrative software systems, alongside a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements using modern tools.
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex service-related challenges efficiently.
- Proven track record of making sound decisions under pressure while maintaining organizational efficiency and security standards.
Language Proficiency:
- Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
