Job Descriptions:

1. Position Overview:

The Service Manager will oversee and manage all service-related activities, ensuring efficient maintenance, supervision, professional services, and security operations. The role involves strategic planning, resource management, and quality assurance to support TTRA’s operational and administrative needs.

2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement service management strategies and annual plans.
  • Oversee maintenance, supervision, and professional service operations.
  • Ensure the smooth execution of security and safety measures.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of service delivery.
  • Manage resources and personnel to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and reports.
  • Lead and train the service team to enhance performance.
  • Prepare reports and updates on service operations for senior management.
Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • B‌‌achelor's/Master’s degree in Public Administration, Management, Security Studies, or a closely related field.
  • A professional certification in service management, facility management, or security operations is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • A minimum of +5 years of progressively responsible experience in service management, maintenance, security operations, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership position.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement service management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to inspire and manage a diverse team in a dynamic environment.

Technical Expertise:

Coordination and Communication:

  • Strong ability to coordinate and oversee multi-departmental service functions.

Technological Proficiency:

  • Proficiency in service management and administrative software systems, alongside a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze operational data and implement process improvements using modern tools.

Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to resolve complex service-related challenges efficiently.
  • Proven track record of making sound decisions under pressure while maintaining organizational efficiency and security standards.

Language Proficiency:

  • Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in all three languages.
