Job Descriptions:

To meet up with the needs of the increasing number health facilities providing EPI service in the region, the need to have adequate and capable manpower to monitor and supervise those services at the level of PEMT/REMT becomes imperative. With support from UNICEF, SR REMT/PEMTs for Helmand, Uruzgan and Kandahar will ramp-up its human resource capacity as of Polio support to EPI to strength the monitoring and supervision of EPI and PEI in the selected provinces. Quality and regular monitoring and supervision will contribute to addressing some of the reported/observed demand and supply side issues faced by the provinces.

The main goal is to contribute to improved EPI and PEI performance through expanded, independent supervision and monitoring of health facilities and SIA activities in the provinces.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required:

Education: Graduate Medical doctor and/or experience nurse
Work Experience: At least 4 years of professional work experience in immunization space.
Skills: Supervision/monitoring and data collection, good communication skills
