Job Descriptions:

This Terms of Reference (TOR) outlines the responsibilities and duties of an Excavator Operator for Sky Aria Mining Company. The Excavator Operator will operate and maintain excavators on Uruzgan Fluorite Mining projects.

Reporting Structure

The Excavator Operator will report directly to the Site Supervisor and will work closely with other team members to ensure project success.

Objectives

Ensure the safe and efficient operation of excavators.
Maintain equipment in optimal working condition.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Complete assigned tasks within the specified timeframe.

Job Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Excavator Operator.
Education: Minimum Graduate High school.
Certifications: Valid heavy equipment operator certification.
Skills: Proficient in operating various types of excavators, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions.
Flexible in working hours.
He must be honest, trust worthy, active and well mannered (polite and cooperative with all colleagues).
