Job Summary:
Under overall aggies of Project Manager/deputy the incumbent will be responsible for communication and publication of required information of the project through emails, reports, social media and the company potential website to the project/company employees and its stakeholders. In addition, s/he will function as focal point (Spokesperson) of the project to private/public media.
Job Description:
The communication will be responsible for the followings but limited to:
- Social Media:
- Manage EHSAC social media channels, in three languages (English, Pashto & Dari). Including the live coverage of events, through live posts etc.
- Diagnose, analyze and follow the comments, audio and video content of visitors, social media concerning the project work and provide necessary information and prospective response, in close coordination with the Project Manager.
- Provide innovative idea and contents for EHSAC’s accounts on social media platforms.
- EHSAC Website:
- Help manage and maintain EHSAC prospective website with regular news and updates.
- Review and offer improvements for content pages and organization of content.
- Compile updated content (textual and visual) for all pages, in preparation for a website. This content will be brief, sharp and effective.
- Publications:
- Help collate, organize and edit textual content for the production of EHSAC Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report.
- Provide, organize and edit textual contents for the individual employee visiting cards, company’s factsheet and its pamphlet both for annual printing and online publishing.
- EHSAC Events:
- Help in the organization and coordination of EHSAC’s events, including inauguration, quarterly, semimanual and annual
- The Communications Officer will be expected to offer communication and coordination support under the charge of his/her line supervisor.
