Job Summary:
An Electrical Engineer under overall direction of head of the project and project manager will be responsible for design and controlling electrical systems of Shahr-e-Naw Park Complex so that to ensure sound and high standard of electrical network.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Analyze project requirements and develop electrical system specifications.
- Design solar power systems, including PV panels, inverters, batteries, and wiring.
- Design power distribution, control systems, and circuit schematics.
- Select appropriate electrical components, materials, and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and coding of (IEEE, NEC, IEC, etc.).
- Develop and test electrical systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and integration of electrical components.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
- Ensure proper documentation of design, testing, and implementation phases.
- Ensure all electrical designs adhere to safety regulations and standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies for approvals and inspections.
- Oversee procurement of solar components and materials.
- Develop testing protocols for solar PV systems.
- Work closely with mechanical, civil, and Quality Assurance engineers.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Participate in technical meetings and provide expert recommendations.
- Develop and execute testing procedures for electrical systems.
- Analyze test data and optimize system performance.
- Ensure quality assurance and reliability of electrical components.
- Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, monitors, and network infrastructure.
- Configure camera settings, video recording, motion detection, and alerts.
- Integrate CCTV with access control, alarm systems, and remote monitoring.
- Manage electrical activities timelines, budgets, and resources through out the project implementation.
- Provide training and guidance to technicians and junior engineers.
- Monitor system performance and conduct preventive maintenance.
- Diagnose and repair electrical faults to minimize downtime.
Any other assignment assigned by project manager.
