· Serve as a primary point of contact between the organization and external governmental, regulatory, and non-governmental entities.
· Facilitate clear and timely communication between internal departments and external stakeholders on policy, regulatory, and operational matters.
· Research, draft, and edit official correspondence, briefing notes, and reports to support inter-agency communication and compliance.
· Monitor and track regulatory updates, legal notices, and policy changes that may affect the organization’s operations.
· Accompany or represent the office in meetings with external partners, as directed, and prepare minutes or summaries of discussions.
· Coordinate and schedule meetings, hearings, or site visits involving external officials and internal teams.
· Maintain and update a comprehensive contact database of key personnel in government agencies, regulatory bodies, and partner organizations.
· Foster and sustain positive, professional relationships with officials, legal advisors, and representatives of various institutions.
· Handle the secure pick-up, delivery, and tracking of official and legal documents to and from external entities.
· Assist in the preparation and submission of legal or regulatory filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
· Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail; prepare and process outgoing correspondence and packages.
· Maintain physical and electronic filing systems in an organized and confidential manner.
· Carry out other related tasks as assigned by the line supervisor.
