Main Training and Mentoring Areas
· Use of social media platforms for small business promotion.
· Basic digital tools for business visibility and customer engagement.
· Product photography using available/simple tools.
· Branding, messaging, and content development for women-owned businesses.
· Preparation of simple digital marketing plans and posting schedules.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop, review, and adapt training materials related to digital marketing, social media, photography, and branding.
· Prepare session plans, agendas, exercises, live demonstrations, and practical examples.
· Deliver interactive and practical training sessions to women entrepreneurs.
· Facilitate hands-on exercises on social media pages, content design, product photos, branding, and customer engagement.
· Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, where required.
· Provide practical templates and tools, including content calendars, simple brand guides, caption samples, and digital marketing plan templates.
· Provide follow-up mentoring/coaching to selected participants on improving their online presence and business visibility.
· Support participants in applying digital marketing practices to their own products and services.
· Document participant progress, key challenges, and success stories, where applicable.
· Coordinate with ACE/PPC Ecosystem project staff on logistics, attendance, documentation, and reporting.
· Prepare brief training and mentoring reports, including observations, participant feedback, challenges, and recommendations.
· Ensure all sessions are respectful, inclusive, culturally appropriate, and gender-sensitive.
Expected Deliverables
· Training agenda and session plan.
· Final/adapted training materials on digital marketing, social media, photography, and branding.
· Practical templates/tools, such as digital marketing plan, content calendar, branding checklist, and product photography checklist.
· Pre- and post-test tools, where required.
· Participant attendance lists.
· Training completion report.
· Mentoring/coaching session notes and participant progress updates.
· Photos/videos and other training evidence, as required.
Required Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, ICT, Business Administration, Media, Design, Development Studies, or another relevant field. Master’s degree is preferred.
· Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, branding, photography, business development, entrepreneurship support, or MSME mentoring/coaching.
· Proven experience delivering training and/or coaching to women entrepreneurs, MSMEs, private sector actors, or business groups.
· Strong practical knowledge of social media platforms, digital tools, content development, product photography, and small business branding.
· Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto is required; working knowledge of English is an advantage.
· Ability to travel to target provinces, if required.
· Previous experience with UN agencies, NGOs, consulting firms, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
