Job Descriptions:

Support implementation and monitoring of internal financial control systems to ensure compliance, transparency, accountability, and fraud prevention across all financial operations.
Review financial transactions, payment requests, procurement documentation, payroll records, advances, settlements, and supporting documents for compliance with policies and donor requirements.
Conduct periodic spot checks, verification visits, reconciliations, and internal reviews of financial records and field transactions.
Identify financial risks, control weaknesses, irregularities, duplicate payments, unsupported expenditures, or non-compliance issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support development and implementation of financial risk mitigation measures and audit preparedness systems.
Maintain internal control checklists, monitoring reports, compliance trackers, and corrective action plans.
Coordinate with finance, procurement, HR, and compliance teams to strengthen financial governance and accountability mechanisms.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in internal control, audit, compliance, or financial monitoring.
Strong understanding of segregation of duties, financial risk management, and donor compliance.
Strong analytical and documentation skills.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
