- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in data entry, pharmacy, or supply chain/warehouse management.
- Familiarity with mSupply system or other inventory management software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products and stock management practices.
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to maintain organized records and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of basic reporting and documentation procedures.
- Knowledge of English and local languages (Dari/Pashto) is required.
- Strong sense of integrity, confidentiality, and accountability.
