About CRDSA:

Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 3 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Ghor,and Badghis. Currently, CRDSA is implementing a UNICEF funded project in Herat province (Injil district and Herat city villages) for a duration of six months. the project will provide accredited Digital Skills, Literacy and Numeracy training to youth and adolescents in the targeted districts. 

Job Descriptions:
  • Support trainers in planning and delivering high-quality digital skills, literacy, and numeracy training.
  • Ensure the availability and proper functioning of training equipment, software, and learning materials.
  • Monitor classroom setups, teaching methods, and learning outcomes to maintain effective training delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance to trainers on teaching tools, ICT resources, and interactive training methodologies.
  • Oversee daily operations of the training center, ensuring classes run on schedule.
  • Manage logistical arrangements, including classroom allocation, training materials, and IT equipment.
  • Ensure safe, inclusive, and gender-sensitive learning environments for all trainees.
  • Assist in monitoring attendance, trainee engagement, and performance records.
  • Liaise with the Project Manager, Training Center Coordinator, and other project staff to ensure smooth implementation.
  • Identify technical and operational challenges, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support monitoring and evaluation activities, including data collection and reporting on training progress.
  • Coordinate with external technical partners, vendors, or service providers if required.
  • Mentor and support trainers to improve teaching methodologies and use of technical tools.
  • Facilitate refresher sessions for trainers on digital tools, teaching techniques, or curriculum updates.
  • Ensure trainees receive hands-on support for practical exercises, projects, and skill application.
  • Ensure all technical activities comply with UNICEF standards, organizational policies, and safeguarding requirements.
  • Promote inclusive, participatory, and learner-centered approaches in all training sessions.
  • Maintain documentation of technical procedures, equipment usage, and maintenance records.
Job Requirements:
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ICT tools, digital software, and educational technology.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
  • Ability to support and mentor trainers effectively.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer literacy: MS Office, ICT troubleshooting, and training software.
  • Fluency in local languages (Dari/Pashto); English proficiency is an asset.
