About CRDSA:

Coordination of Rehabilitation and Development Services for Afghanistan (CRDSA) is a not-for-profit, non-sectarian and non-political humanitarian organization that was established in 2002 by a team of Afghan volunteers interested in serving afghan vulnerable people. CRDSA is providing services for Afghan people in sectors of Sustainable Livelihoods, Civil Society Strengthening, Returnees/IDPs Re-integration and Protection and Human Rights Promotion. Presently, CRDSA is operating in 3 provinces of Afghanistan including Herat, Ghor,and Badghis. Currently, CRDSA is implementing a UNICEF funded project in Herat province (Injil district and Herat city villages) for a duration of six months. the project will provide accredited Digital Skills, Literacy and Numeracy training to youth and adolescents in the targeted districts. 

Job Descriptions:
  • Develop a detailed project work plan, schedule, and milestones in line with the approved proposal.
  • Deliver structured and interactive training sessions in:
    • ICDL (International Computer Driving License modules)
    • QuickBooks (accounting and financial management software)
    • Graphic Design tools including Adobe Photoshop and CorelDRAW
  • Prepare lesson plans, presentations, exercises, and practical assignments aligned with participants’ skill levels.

  • Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure trainee progress and learning outcomes.
  • Provide practical, hands-on guidance to ensure participants can apply skills in real-world contexts.
  • Mentor and support trainees in completing assignments, projects, and skill-based tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Training Center Technical Coordinator to ensure all equipment and digital resources are functional and available.
  • Promote inclusive and gender-sensitive training approaches that encourage participation of women and vulnerable groups.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and assessment results.
  • Provide input to project monitoring, reporting, and evaluation activities.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and tools in digital technologies and training methodologies.
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent training, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse participants.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts for beginners and low-literacy learners.
  • Organizational and documentation skills to track training progress.
  • Fluency in local languages (Dari/Pashto); basic English proficiency is an asset.
  • Commitment to gender equality, inclusivity, and safeguarding principles.
