The Shariah Board Secretariat Officer is responsible for organizing and coordinating Shariah Board meetings in a regular and systematic manner; preparing required documents; recording and following up on resolutions; and effectively managing all matters related to documentation, archiving, and official correspondence with Board members.

Organize, arrange, and coordinate the monthly Shariah Board meetings in coordination with the Head of Shariah Affairs and the direct supervisor.

Prepare the meeting agenda of the Shariah Board and distribute it, along with the required supporting documents, to Board members prior to the meetings.

Prepare, draft, and accurately compile the minutes of Shariah Board meetings in accordance with professional writing standards.

Record and maintain the resolutions, fatwas, opinions, and decisions of the Shariah Board in a secure and properly categorized manner.

Follow up on the implementation of Shariah Board resolutions with the relevant departments and prepare progress reports for the Manager and the Head of Shariah Affairs.

Manage official correspondence between the Shariah Board and the General Directorate of the Bank, the Shariah Affairs Department, and other relevant departments.

Ensure the attendance of Shariah Board members at meetings by sending formal invitations and following up on their confirmations.

Arrange the physical or virtual meeting venue of the Shariah Board and ensure the availability of required equipment (computer, projector, files, etc.).

Ensure the confidentiality of Shariah Board information and safeguard sensitive documents.

Maintain and manage both digital and physical archives of all documents related to the Shariah Board in accordance with an established classification system.

Coordinate with the Executive and Records Officer in managing administrative documents related to the Shariah Board.

Perform any other duties assigned by the Manager or the Head of Shariah Affairs within the scope of authority and functional relevance.
