About Health Efficient, Accessible, Long lasting and Treatment in Homeland Organization (HEALTHO):

Health Efficient, Accessible, Long-Lasting and Treatment at Homeland Organization (HEALTHO) is a non-governmental, non-profit and non-political Afghan national organization established and registered with the Ministry of Economy in 2012.

The purpose of HEALTHO is to contribute to the development of Afghan society through providing health and education services, arranging capacity building programs and imparting vocational skills training, ensure food security and emergency relief assistance in times of natural or man-made calamities.

Job Descriptions:

The Trainer is responsible for ensuring quality training through developing training materials, training effective modules, curriculum, conducting training, class management, and reporting.

Job Requirements:
  • Developing and maintain good relationships with local communities and project participants.
  • Develop and implement training programs focused on greenhouse farming techniques and technologies.
  • Provide practical training to farmers and agricultural workers on greenhouse management, crop cultivation, irrigation, and pest control specific to greenhouse environments.
  • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and field visits to showcase best practices in greenhouse agriculture.
  • Collaborate with experts and stakeholders in the field of greenhouse farming to enhance the training program.
  • Assess the progress of trainees and provide guidance and support to improve their skills in greenhouse farming.
  • Develop training materials, manuals, and resources tailored to greenhouse agriculture.
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and training events to promote knowledge sharing and continuous learning in greenhouse farming.
  • Ensure the proper use, maintenance, and safety protocols related to greenhouse equipment and facilities.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on the training activities, outcomes, and the impact of the greenhouse training program.
  • Undertake any other duties related to greenhouse agriculture training as assigned by the relevant supervising authority.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
