Job Descriptions:
  • Review performance indicators against goals and formulate action plans to ensure project success at all tiers.
  • Deliver precise and helpful written feedback on monthly HMIS reports to Health Facilities.
  • Guarantee accurate recording of supply chain data within mSupply and Excel platforms.
  • Regularly update project key metrics at provincial and health facility levels, monitoring progress toward targets.
  • Present monthly briefings to sub-office assistants highlighting data quality issues, obstacles, and improvement suggestions.
  • Confirm availability and appropriate use of HMIS forms and stationery at health facilities.
  • Create and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and plans to enhance data quality.
  • Compile periodic reports on stock levels, shortages, order completion, pipeline status, and consumption patterns.
  • Develop dashboards and visual tools to facilitate reporting.
  • Use detailed data analysis to inform program decisions.
  • Oversee supply chain data systems management, including user permissions, data backups, troubleshooting, and software upkeep.
  • Support the integration of warehouse and health facility consumption data systems.
  • Work closely with M&E teams to synchronize data platforms and systems.
  • Educate logistics, warehouse, pharmacy, and facility personnel on accurate data entry, reporting protocols, and effective data use.
  • Coach field staff on interpreting supply chain metrics and leveraging data analysis for decision-making.
  • Ensure reports are submitted accurately and punctually to donors and relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in statistics or related field.

Experience:          

  • At least 5 years’ experience.  Experience in m-supply or managing data in the health supply chain would be an added advantage.
  • knowledge of BPHS/EPHS standards.

Other:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer skills: MS Office, MS Outlook, Teams.
