Under the direct supervision of the Supply Chain Officer in Afghanistan and the overall supervision of the Head of Suboffice, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for the Procurement and Logistics activities for IOM Mission in Herat, Afghanistan measured by the below objectives:
- Best value sourcing and value for money
- Availability and quality assurance
- Compliance and stewardship and
- Productivity, effectiveness, and efficiency
