Job Descriptions:
  • Critically analyze the challenges faced by the innovation economy to capital access for tech-based (or other innovative) start-ups and improve access to capital for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) with innovative idea that is commercially viable.          
  • Developing a marketing strategy for WASSA-MPWC BNFs promotional activities including domestic and international events and other investment initiatives related to MPWC mandate are given maximum media exposure among national and international stakeholders and counterparts using in-door and out-door media campaign.
  • Developing marketing-oriented contents for promotional materials such as: poster, flyer, booklet, brochures, banners and etc. for specific events or other WASSA-MPWC activities.
  • Developing sponsorship packages for the promotional events of WASSA-MPWC.
  • Disseminating the sponsorship packages among of all national & international companies.
  • Making promotional and marketing plans for events including evaluating the possible budget and schedule for both visual and printed ads.
  • Developing MPWC’s marketing plan and annual work plan with investors so the interested sponsors could allocate budget for sponsoring WASSA-MPWC BNFs.                                      
  • Have the ability to teach related subject to BNFs.                                                                    
  • Good relationship with BNFs during the class.                                                           
  • Prepare Business development plan for BNFs.                                                                      
  • Prepare weekly and monthly plan
Job Requirements:
  • Marketing/market linkage Training related to women's entrepreneurship
  • Development Strong supervisory and communication skills
  • Knowledge of marketing topics
  • Good planning organization skills
  • Ability to control the class
  • Have good training skill.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Economics
  • 3 Years Related Experience
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, Dari and Pashtu
