Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling our organization’s different products mostly cosmetics and pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, Doctors, pharmacies, General Traders, shops, super stores, small stores, retailers and other relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to management.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting key benefits and features.
- Address customer inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Present our products and services to the customers and clearly articulate the value of products to close the sales and secure long-term relationships.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback and follow-up.
