- Oversee the management of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different platforms.
- Create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms.
- Stay updated on current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily.
- Respond to queries and customer reviews promptly.
- Complete other assigned tasks as directed by senior management.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
