Ariyabod ISP Company is seeking an experienced Chief Commercial Officer who can be responsible for driving the company's commercial strategy to enhance revenue growth and market share in the highly competitive telecommunications industry. This role shall involve overseeing sales, marketing, customer service, and business development to ensure the delivery of high-quality internet services to customers. The CCO works closely with other senior executives to align commercial goals with the ISP's strategic vision, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare B2B and B2C related Sales Development, Strategy and Planning
- To develop and implement sales and marketing strategies, plans, forecasts and KPIs to achieve corporate revenue objectives.
- To maximize business opportunities and the company’s overall profitability, as part of the senior management team.
- To manage customer relationships and satisfaction through customer services and product development.
- To manage and develop the sales, marketing and customer services teams and instill a culture of continuous improvement.
- To manage the sales, marketing and customer services functions within agreed budget.
- To manage partner relationships, including Agencies and Technical Partners, to maximize their opportunity, agreeing targets and service level agreements
- Research, identify, communicate, follow up and co-ordinate pursuit activities in a timely for effective sales strategy
- Lead, initiate and drive sales for the company's products and solutions to achieve sales target and revenue goals
- Cooperate with Internal Teams to carry out effective sales planning, marketing and promotional sales to ensure alignment with the company’s strategies
- Manage sales team to be professional and improve their capabilities by training in order to deliver right service and effective sales to customers
- Execute Sales Plans and organizing customer care if required
- Prepare reports for sales activities, sales target by daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level
- Listen to customers, understanding their concerns and outlining solutions to meet their needs.
- Promote the benefits of new and improved products and services offered by the company to the customers
- Identify and contact potential customers for business opportunities
- Update customer database with contact details and interest information from prospective customers
- Perform daily tasks based on assigned work plan
- Maintain profitable and productive relationships with customers
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge about product information and promotions
- Communicate with customers through phone, e-mails, chats and personal visits
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
- Work independently or in a team to achieve monthly sales quota
