Education:
- Holding degreed in health related fields such as midwifery, nursing, medical doctor, public health etc.
Work experience:
- Good understanding of the CBHC activities in Afghanistan with a minimum of 2 years of experience in field-based or in an emergency context.
- Experience in delivering the CBHC and CHWs training as per the CHW manual and national CBHC guidelines
- Demonstrated organizational skills: working independently and productively.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and team management skills: the ability to successfully and effectively liaise with key stakeholders.
Languages:
- Fluency in both local languages (Dari or Pashto) is essential and understanding English will be a plus point
