Job Descriptions:

* Conduct land, construction, and site surveys using Total Station, Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying equipment.

* Establish and verify benchmarks, coordinates, levels, alignments, and reference points.

* Carry out accurate setting-out works for civil, structural, road, foundation, and building construction.

* Take measurements and prepare survey reports, field notes, and as-built surveys.

* Calculate distances, elevations, coordinates, areas, and volumes accurately.

* Read and interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and construction plans.

* Monitor construction works to ensure they are executed according to approved drawings, levels, and coordinates.

* Perform regular checks and verification of completed works.

* Maintain and properly calibrate surveying instruments and report any technical issues.

* Coordinate with civil engineers, construction teams, and other departments to resolve surveying-related issues.

* Maintain accurate survey records and documentation.

* Perform any other surveying duties assigned by the project management team.

 

Job Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

* Minimum 3–5 years of relevant surveying experience, preferably in construction or industrial projects.

* Strong practical experience with Total Station is mandatory.

* Good knowledge of Auto Level, GPS/GNSS, and other surveying instruments.

* Ability to perform setting-out, leveling, coordinate calculations, and as-built surveys independently.

* Good understanding of engineering drawings and construction methods.

* Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey data processing software.

* Strong mathematical and analytical skills with high attention to accuracy.

* Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with engineers and site teams.

* Willingness to work at a construction/industrial project site.

* Good communication, discipline, and reporting skills.

 

Preferred: Experience in industrial construction, roads, foundations, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
