Job Summary

Rahman Express Post is seeking a responsible, disciplined, and trustworthy Security Guard to protect the company’s employees, customers, premises, vehicles, shipments, equipment, and other assets. The Security Guard will monitor company facilities, control access, conduct regular patrols, respond to security incidents, and maintain accurate security records.

Key Responsibilities

Protect company premises, employees, customers, shipments, vehicles, and equipment.
Monitor all entry and exit points and prevent unauthorized access.
Verify employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle identification.
Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles, packages, and materials when required.
Conduct regular patrols of offices, warehouses, parking areas, and surrounding premises.
Monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and other security systems.
Maintain visitor logs, vehicle registers, incident reports, and daily security records.
Prevent theft, damage, misconduct, and other security risks.
Respond quickly and professionally to emergencies, alarms, suspicious activities, and security incidents.
Immediately report accidents, theft, damage, or unusual activities to management.
Support evacuation and emergency-response procedures.
Assist with crowd and traffic control when necessary.
Operate company vehicles for approved security duties when instructed.
Maintain confidentiality regarding company operations, customers, and shipments.
Follow all company security policies, safety procedures, and management instructions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Class (Higher Secondary/Intermediate) graduation or equivalent.

Mandatory Requirements

A valid driving licence is 100% required. Applications without a valid driving licence will not be considered.
Previous experience as a Security Guard or in a similar position is preferred.
Ability to read, write, and maintain basic security records.
Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
Willingness to work day or night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Clean employment and criminal record.
Ability to respond calmly and effectively during emergencies.
