1. Project Manager — Kabul, Afghanistan
We are recruiting a Project Manager to lead a large, multi-site guarding and explosive detection dog (EDD) operation across Kabul and regional locations in Afghanistan. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery: operations, compliance, budgets, reporting and senior stakeholder engagement.
We're looking for:
10+ years security, military or police background, with a minimum of 5 years managing large guard-force operations in hostile environments
Proven delivery for international organizations, diplomatic missions or INGOs
Strong working knowledge of ICoCA, the Montreux Document, use-of-force and human-rights frameworks
Country-level contract, budget and client-relationship management
Medically fit; valid passport with Afghanistan visa eligibility; fluent English
Afghanistan experience strongly preferred

2. International Security Manager (ISM) — Kabul, Afghanistan
Senior operational manager for an international armed guard force. You will oversee site supervisors, rosters, training standards, QA and incident response across multiple locations, deputizing for the Project Manager.
We're looking for:
Minimum 5 years regular military or police service with honorable discharge
3+ years supervising armed security operations in hostile environments (recent experience preferred)
Use-of-force/ROE instruction or supervision experience
Proven incident management, reporting and investigation capability
Experience leading multiple small teams; small arms and associated tactics proficiency
Aged 30–50; medically and physically fit; valid passport with visa eligibility; fluent English (written and spoken)

3. International Site Supervisor (Armed) — Afghanistan
Day-to-day command of an armed guard detachment at a fixed site: shift management, post checks, weapons accountability, continuation training, first response to incidents and site-level liaison.
We're looking for:
Minimum 5 years regular military or police service with honorable discharge
Recent (within 3 years) operational experience in armed static, mobile or close-protection roles in comparable threat environments
JNCO/SNCO or equivalent leadership background; experience leading small armed teams
Current or renewable weapons handling and range qualification; proficient in first aid and triage
Aged 30–50; medically and physically fit; valid passport with visa eligibility; effective English (reading and writing).

4. International Armed Guard — Afghanistan
Armed static and access-control duties at protected compounds: entry control, vehicle and personnel searches, patrols, alarm response and escort tasks under strict use-of-force rules and established SOPs.
We're looking for:
Minimum 5 years regular/full-time military or police service, served in good standing with honorable or equivalent discharge
Minimum 3 years private security experience in a hostile environment, with operational experience in comparable armed roles within the last 3 years
Trained and licensed in assault rifles and handguns; high marksmanship standard; proficient in non-lethal means of control
Proficient in first aid (bleeding control, airway management, CPR, fractures and burns)
Clean background vetting: criminal record, identity, references
Aged 25–45 at time of recruitment; medically and physically fit; valid passport with visa eligibility; effective English

5. International Close Protection Officer — Contingency Roster
We are building a standby roster of qualified CP officers for deployment at short notice: close protection of designated personnel, mobile moves and venue security on an as-required basis.
We're looking for:
Minimum 5 years military or police service with honorable discharge
Recognized CP qualification and recent CP operational experience in hostile environments
Advanced driving competency desirable
Medically fit; valid passport with visa eligibility; fluent English
