A Gender / Social Behavior Change Focal Point serves as the designated person responsible for ensuring that gender equality, social inclusion, safeguarding, and positive behavior change are integrated into all project activities. The focal point provides technical guidance, coordinates gender-related initiatives, supports staff and communities, and monitors compliance with organizational and donor standards.
