- Work under direct supervision of project manager and program unit.
- Dealing with all hotline/complaints and feedback from the fields.
- Dealing with PSEA, GBV and AAP with the beneficiaries.
- Having good behavior with communities, especially involved beneficiaries.
- Conduct training on PSEA, GBC, AAP and other relevant training to project staff.
- Represent SFL for gender related issues with WFP and other stakeholders
- Supporting gender mainstreaming by advocating, advising, coordinating all efforts/actions and supporting professional staff, monitoring and reporting on progress.
- Giving technical support for the inclusion of gender issues in programs/project.
- Providing technical and advisory support to other units.
- Provide weekly/monthly narrative reports to project manager and the senior management team.
- Perform other duties as assigned by program leadership (Project Manager/Deputy Country Director).
Qualification/Requirements:
· Minimum 3 Years of relevant work experience with International NGOs or UN Agencies
· Computer skills at the operator level, especially with MS Office packages.
· Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; proficiency in English is required.
· Having strong report writing skills.
· Good communication skill and able to pass the massage/questions in local languages to the respondents.
· Have good interpersonal skills and ability to plan work.
· Supervisory, team worker, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
· Regional and cultural knowledge of areas of SFL field operations in Afghanistan
· Willingness to work long hours when required
· Ability and willingness to travel to the project sites and outside of duty station within Afghanistan and adjust to the SFL environment as frequently as required
· Honest, proactive, well mannered, and must share values of SFL.
· Willing to stay in field locations
· Ready to work, live and travel in an intricate and strenuous environment
· To be an Afghan citizen.
- Preference will be given to those candidates who are local residents and are familiar with the project implementation area and communities and who have sufficient experience in RFS project implementation.
