· To receive proper clear approved requisition from the requisitioner (program) with full specified list.
· Prepare the project procurement plan in coordination with the Project Manager and budget holders.
· Provide market analysis at the beginning of the project and update its quarterly
· Make RFB (Request for Bid) to the suppliers and obtain quotation for requested items.
· To prepare bid summary, analysis, properly to the requisitioner after completion of asset/inventory report to the asset section, properly way bill the items before sending out to any location and obtain recipient signatures.
· Provide a list of qualified vendors for Takhar and Badakhshan Provinces.
· To provide accurate and properly calculated cash requirements to supervisor on time required.
· Timely trucking the project vehicles and driver for traveling to the field.
· preparing all the leasing agreements and assisting with the monthly reporting with the supervisor.
· keeping records for all offices including the warehouses inventory list.
· Trucking and managing the driver, Guards and office cleaner timescale.
· assist in delivery of goods and services to fields.
· timely reports for the closing out of the month.
- To assist supervisor for any other tasks needed to be done and assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Minimum 4 Years of relevant experience with International NGOs or UN Agencies
- Computer skills at the operator level, especially with MS Office packages,
- Fluency in Dari and/or Pashto; proficiency in English is required.
- High attention to detail, effective time management skills, strong work ethic, a willingness to learn new skills, and the ability to be a self-starter.
- Experience in planning, reporting and budgeting.
- Good communication skill and able to pass the massage/questions in local languages to the respondents.
- Have good interpersonal skills and ability to work plan.
- Supervisory, team worker, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Regional and cultural knowledge of areas of SFL field operations in Afghanistan
- Willingness to work long hours when required
- Ability and willingness to travel to the project sites and outside of duty station within Afghanistan and adjust to the SFL environment as frequently as required
- Honest, proactive, well mannered, and must share values of SFL.
- Willing to stay in field locations
- Ready to work, live and travel in an intricate and strenuous environment
- Preference will be given to those candidates who are local residents and are familiar with the project implementation area and communities and who have sufficient experience in RFS project implementation.
