Job Descriptions:

The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hospital facilities, staff, patients, and visitors. The role involves monitoring access points, preventing unauthorized entry, and responding promptly to emergencies or security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and control entry and exit points of the hospital
Check identification of visitors, staff, and patients when required
Ensure only authorized individuals access restricted areas
Patrol hospital premises regularly to maintain security and safety
Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents promptly
Assist in crowd control and maintain order in busy areas
Report suspicious activities or security breaches to the supervisor
Maintain a log of daily activities and incidents
Assist patients and visitors with directions when needed
Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security policies

Job Requirements:

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum high school education
Previous experience in security services is required
Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures
Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods
