Job Descriptions:

You are directly responsible for the day-to-day security of the Baheer Group. This goes beyond just managing guards; it involves developing and implementing security strategies, protocols, and procedures to protect all assets. You will plan and supervise certified security measures for the safety of customers, co-workers, property, and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Performs the day to day protective security functions as specified in daily post or general orders.
Monitors and authorizes entrance and departure of residents, employees, visitors, and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of the premises.
Use of communications technology including local cell phone and telephone or VHF.
Report incidents immediately without delay.
Does the body checking of all male clients in proper manner and their belongings such as bags and luggage?
Control and check of vehicles, Customer, vendor entering in the Baheer Compound.
Report any suspicious incidents and dubious person seen in compound perimeters.
Checks doors and windows of buildings, hangers and stocks to ensure they are secured notes in written.
Always conducts him/herself in the most professional manner when dealing with guests, visitor and BG staff.
Hands over and receives the duty responsibilities efficiently
To collect the gun, sharp objects and combustibles must be taken before enter to the Baheer Compound from both clients and Baheer Group staff matches or lighters, are a big safety, legal, and health risk.
Conducts hazard and risk assessments at the Baheer premises to include quarterly SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and the hazard abatement process.
Develop a monthly checklist for all CCTV equipment, alarmed doors, and duress alarms to ensure that they are fully functional.
Handles complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others.
Monitors all unusual activities in and around the BG premises that would impair the well-being of clients and employees.
Oversees all loss prevention operations to include but not limited to patrol process, emergency response, investigations (initial and follow up) for all visitors and employees related incidents, shipping and receiving process (makes recommendations for improvement), electronic key system and manager on duties responsibilities.
Provide personal assistance, medical attention, emotional support, or other personal care to others such as co-workers, customers, or patients.
Serves as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
Preventing, combating and extinguishing fires with the goal of protecting lives, the environment and property
Operating tools and equipment used for firefighting safely and effectively
Providing appropriate medical care within their scope of knowledge in emergency situations
Analyzing hazardous situations and thinking of quick solutions and actions
Teaching and participating in training classes and drills
Performing general maintenance on firefighting equipment
Maintaining a clean environment in the department facilities
Other job-related tasks as assigned by the line Manager.

Job Requirements:

High School but Bachelor degree is highly preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in Safety and Security field
Proven experience leading and motivating teams, including coaching and mentoring skills for the assessment and development safety and security
Professional, honest and disciplined.
Self-motivated to seek out answers, generates ideas, and develop new skills.
Positive, proactive, and motivated attitude.
Effective time management, scheduling, and organization skills.
Strong analytical and trouble solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts.
Being flexible regarding working hours.
