Upon successful approval of the project proposal by UNDP, the Enterprise Development Facilitator will support enterprise development, business coaching, market linkage facilitation and community-level income generation activities under the CCLF project in Keshm District of Badakhshan Province. The position will help beneficiaries strengthen small businesses, improve market access and develop viable livelihood opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Development Support
· Facilitate identification and development of small enterprise and income-generation opportunities in target communities.
· Support beneficiaries with basic business planning, enterprise management and practical market-oriented skills.
· Assist in linking enterprise development activities with livelihood and climate-resilience objectives.
2. Market Linkages and Value Chain Support
· Identify local market actors, buyers, service providers and potential linkage opportunities for beneficiaries.
· Support beneficiaries to understand market demand, product quality, pricing and basic value chain requirements.
· Coordinate with technical teams to promote realistic and sustainable market linkage options.
3. Capacity Building and Coaching
· Conduct training, coaching and mentoring sessions on enterprise development, business skills and income generation.
· Support inclusive participation of women, men and vulnerable households in enterprise-related activities.
· Provide follow-up support to beneficiaries to strengthen adoption of learned business practices.
4. Documentation and Coordination
· Document enterprise activities, beneficiary progress, market contacts, challenges and lessons learned.
· Prepare field updates, training reports and market linkage documentation for project reporting.
· Coordinate with livelihood specialists, trainers, community mobilizers and M&E staff.
Key Deliverables:

· Market linkage opportunities mapped and facilitated for beneficiaries.
