Responsibilities and particular assignments
General responsibilities
She is responsible to clean all the TFU ward daily basis and at different time as per the schedule, also she is responsible for cleaning of the TFU as per the advice of the TFU nutrition pediatric
Objective 1: To ensure the cleaning of TFU ward
Activities/main duties
· The employee has to take care of all material
· When the weather gets cold, she will be in charge of preparing stoves
· The employee is responsible to keep the ward clean and to clean the kitchen items of the TFU
· Daily cleaning of complete building all rooms including night duty room, toilets, kitchen, playroom (baby corners) and halls
· Empty garbage
· burning in incinerator and maintenance of incinerator
Objective 2: Cleaning of the TFU Rooms
Activities/Main duties:
· Cleaning TFU rooms on daily basis
· Cleaning night duty rooms on daily basis
· Cleaning windows mirrors, Vacuum in the rooms
· Cleaning Chairs and Desks
· Supplying all need items to TFU Rooms.
· Washing Towels, Bed Sheets, Clothes etc...
· Support the female in the washing of the Childs
· Preparation of the water for the toilets
· Preparation of warm water during the bathing of the Childs
· Follow up the IP Guideline for waste management
Objective 3: Corridors and Verandahs
Activities/Main duties:
· Cleaning the overall Corridors and Vacuum
· The employee has to help for general handling when necessary
· Preparation of the items and support the staff during the food demonstration based on the need
Accountability
Activities/main duties:
ð In coordination with MEAL team, ensure that feedback channels are available and accessible to project’s participants
ð Coordinate timely, complete and accurate response to complaints as per Program Manager instruction
ð Contribute to technical and programmatic solutions, and to integration of feedback into programming (adaptive management)
ð Actively participate in Monthly Accountability Meetings
ð Adhere to PU-AMI organizational policies (incl. CoC, Child protection policy, anti-fraud and anti-corruption policy, PSEA policy) and report any policy violations, suspicions, or allegations through the whistle-blower mechanism
