Job Descriptions:
  • Manage organizational asset and inventory systems including asset registration, tagging, inventory tracking, stock verification, transfer records, maintenance logs, and disposal procedures.
  • Maintain updated asset registers with details including serial numbers, funding sources, custodians, locations, and acquisition values.
  • Conduct regular physical verification and inventory checks for office equipment, furniture, IT assets, vehicles, warehouse stock, and operational supplies.
  • Monitor asset movement, transfers, losses, damages, repairs, and disposal processes in line with organizational policies and donor requirements.
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, IT, logistics, and finance teams regarding asset acquisition, handover, maintenance, and retirement.
  • Prepare inventory reports, discrepancy reports, stock analysis, and audit documentation.
  • Ensure asset coding, labeling, storage, and documentation systems are properly maintained.
  • Support donor audits, spot checks, and compliance reviews related to assets and inventory management.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Experience using inventory tracking systems and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
