Job Descriptions:

Coordinate day-to-day implementation of economic development and livelihoods projects across target areas.
Support implementation of enterprise development, cash-for-work, business grants, vocational linkage, market access, and income generation activities.
Coordinate beneficiary selection, training schedules, monitoring activities, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
Support field teams in maintaining quality implementation and compliance with donor requirements.
Conduct field monitoring visits and ensure proper documentation and beneficiary tracking systems are maintained.
Coordinate closely with finance, procurement, MEAL, and operations teams to support smooth implementation.
Ensure safeguarding, accountability, gender equality, and climate-sensitive approaches are integrated into activities.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of relevant project coordination experience.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Experience in livelihoods or economic development projects preferred.
Ability to manage field implementation activities effectively.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent.
