Job Descriptions:

Conduct training on financial literacy, bookkeeping, budgeting, accounting basics, cash flow management, savings, financial planning, entrepreneurship finance, and small business management.
Support trainees in developing business financial plans and simple accounting systems.
Conduct practical exercises and coaching sessions related to business finance and household budgeting.
Maintain training records, assessments, and participant follow-up systems.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or certification in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of financial management or vocational training experience.
Strong facilitation and analytical skills.
Practical experience with small business finance preferred.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
