Job Descriptions:

Lead and support organizational compliance monitoring, risk management processes, internal spot checks, and operational compliance reviews across projects and departments.
Conduct routine compliance checks of financial, procurement, HR, program, logistics, safeguarding, MEAL, and administrative files to ensure alignment with donor regulations, organizational policies, Afghan laws, and internal procedures.
Develop compliance monitoring tools, spot-check checklists, risk registers, corrective action trackers, and compliance reporting systems.
Identify operational, financial, safeguarding, legal, and reputational risks and recommend mitigation measures and corrective actions.
Conduct field visits and verification exercises to assess documentation quality, implementation compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness.
Coordinate with finance, procurement, HR, MEAL, safeguarding, and program teams to strengthen accountability and compliance systems.
Prepare compliance reports, findings summaries, recommendations, and follow-up plans for management review.
Support donor audits, investigations, due diligence processes, and organizational risk assessments.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, ethical conduct, and compliance across the organization.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Compliance, Business Administration, Finance, Audit, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in compliance, internal control, audit, or risk management within NGOs or donor-funded projects.
Strong knowledge of donor regulations, internal control systems, and compliance monitoring; excellent analytical, reporting, and investigation skills.
English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
