Project Overview

The Odoo ERP Career Accelerator is a structured training program designed to equip learners with practical Odoo ERP skills, business process knowledge, and career readiness capabilities. The program covers end-to-end Odoo functional training including CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Manufacturing, HR, Accounting, Projects, Website, and other business applications.

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Odoo ERP Trainer to join our training team and help deliver high-quality instruction, mentorship, and learner support.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led Odoo ERP training sessions according to the approved curriculum.
Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, labs, and hands-on exercises.
Support learners during guided practice sessions and assignments.
Monitor learner progress and provide individual coaching when needed.
Assist learners in completing practical projects and capstone assignments.
Answer technical and functional questions related to Odoo ERP modules.
Evaluate assignments, quizzes, and practical exercises.
Maintain attendance records and training reports.
Participate in trainer meetings and curriculum review sessions.
Contribute to continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.

Job Requirements:

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, Management, or a related field.

Experience

Minimum 1 years of practical experience using Odoo ERP.
Previous experience delivering training, workshops, or classroom instruction is preferred.
Experience in ERP implementation, business process analysis, or ERP consulting is highly desirable.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of Odoo functional modules.
Ability to configure and demonstrate Odoo business workflows.
Understanding of business processes including:

Sales
Purchasing
Inventory
Accounting
Human Resources
Manufacturing

Soft Skills

Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Strong facilitation and mentoring abilities.
Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Professional attitude and learner-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

Odoo Certification or Odoo University Diploma.
Experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, or workforce development programs.
Experience delivering online and in-person training.

Languages

Fluent Dari and Pashto.
Good English communication skills.
