Position Summary
Position Summary Position SummaryThe Business/Marketing Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing, organizing, and delivering business development, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, marketing, and market linkage training to project beneficiaries, including women, youth, returnees, IDPs, self-help groups (SHGs), cooperatives, and small business owners. The trainer will support beneficiaries in developing sustainable businesses, improving marketing skills, increasing access to markets, and strengthening income-generating opportunities across the Southeast Region.

- Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded projects is preferred.
- Experience working with women entrepreneurs, youth groups, cooperatives, and vulnerable communities.
- Experience in facilitating market linkages and business development services.
- Familiarity with the socio-economic context of the Southeast Region.
