Organization for Afghanistan Improvement & Research (OAIR) is a national non-governmental organization in Afghanistan established in 2012, dedicated to supporting vulnerable communities through sustainable livelihoods, economic development, and humanitarian assistance. OAIR works across multiple sectors, including SME and MSME development, vocational skills, agriculture, and community resilience, with a strong focus on women, youth, and marginalized groups.
