Job Descriptions:

Job Summary:

The Admin & Finance Officer is responsible for ensuring efficient administrative operations, sound financial management, and compliance with internal policies and donor requirements. The role supports financial reporting, procurement, HR administration, and office operations.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

  • Process payments, advances, settlements, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of all financial transactions.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

  • Manage daily office administration and logistics.

  • Maintain administrative records, contracts, and correspondence.

  • Oversee office supplies, assets, and inventory management.

  • Support the organization of meetings, trainings, and workshops.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of office equipment.

  • Support procurement processes in line with procurement policies.

  • Maintain staff files and HR records.

  • Coordinate with project teams, management, and external stakeholders.

  • Provide timely administrative and financial support to management

  • Prepare reports and summaries as requested by management.

  • Any other task as guided by the supervisor 

Job Requirements:

Basic Requirements:

  • University degree in the related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
  • Enough job-relevant skills
  • Practical experience with Word, Excel
  • Skills on graphic design is an asset
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Ability to work long hours and often under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Be able to handle tight project deadlines
