• Obtain the vaccine for the near agreed health facilities. دریافت واکسین برای مراکز صحی نزدیک توافقشده.
• Responsible for providing and explaining immunization-related to the clients.

• Conducting vaccination activities according to national immunization standards.
• انجام فعالیتهای واکسیناسیون بر اساس استانداردهای ملی وقایه و ایمونایزیشن.
• Determines appropriate vaccine type and dose volume appropriate for each client.
• نوع واکسین و مقدار و دوز مناسب برای هر مراجع را تعیین میکند.
• Prepares site and administers oral, IM, or IC vaccine per standard protocol.
• محل واکسیناسیون را آماده کرده و واکسین خوراکی، عضلانی (IM) یا زیرجلدی (IC) را طبق پروتکل استاندارد تجویز میکند.
• Dispose of sharps in an appropriate receptacle.
• وسایل تیز را در ظرف مناسب میگذارد.
• Active case identification of the children and women eligible to receive vaccine from the community to increase vaccine uptake and reduce the vaccine wastage.
• شناسایی فعال موارد کودکان و زنان واجد شرایط دریافت واکسین از جامعه برای افزایش مصرف واکسین و کاهش ضایعات واکسن.
• Documents vaccination on record and immunization card.
• واکسیناسیون را در سوابق و کارت واکسین ثبت میکند.
• As a vaccine preparer, will pre-fill syringes a few at a time, follow a strict protocol for labeling and handling prefilled syringes, and keep supplies stocked.
• به عنوان آمادهکننده واکسین، سرنگها را یکی یکی پر کرده، پروتکل دقیقی برای برچسبگذاری و نگهداری سرنگهای پرشده دنبال میکند و مواد مصرفی را موجود نگه میدارد.
• Recognize, respond to, and alert emergency medical personnel of possible post-vaccination reactions.
• واکنشهای بعد از واکسیناسیون ممکن را شناسایی کرده، واکنش نشان داده و پرسنل طبی اضطراری را از آنها مطلع میکند.
• Responsible for entering vaccine lot numbers and other required information onto patient’s Immunization Cards.
• مسئول وارد کردن شمارههای واکسین و دیگر اطلاعات لازم در کارت واکسین مریض.
• Counsel and educate patients, their families, and the community about immunization and relevant areas of health.
• مشاوره و آموزش به مریضان، خانوادههای آنها و جامعه در موردواکسیناسیون و سایر زمینههای مرتبط با صحت.
• Participate in EPI mass campaigns.
• شرکت در کمپینهای عمومی EPI (برنامه واکسیناسیون عمومی).
• Vaccinators provide information/education for client (advantage of vaccines, side effect, follow-up and …)
• واکسیناتورها اطلاعات/آموزش برای مراجعین فراهم میکنند (مزایای واکسینها، عوارض جانبی، پیگیری و...)
• Supervise the volunteer’s activities at the district level.

• Prepare inventory list on need base.
• تهیه فهرست موجودی بر اساس نیاز.
• Actively participate in community-based program.

• Assist in dispensing medicine and other supplies to patients when it is required.
• کمک به توزیع دوا و سایر ملزومات به مریضان در مواقع نیاز.
• Ensure the patients understand how to properly use the prescribed medicines.

• Preparing requests for medicine and other nutrition supplies on a weekly and timely basis.

• گزارشهای ماهانه مصرف دوا و ملزومات تغذیهای را تهیه کرده و در زمانهای مقرر ارسال کند.
• Provide and support immunization services in the community for target groups.
• ارائه و حمایت از خدمات واکسیناسیون در جامعه برای گروههای هدف.
• To ensure accurate registration and reporting of activities.

• Storage and look after vaccines and other EPI instruments in his area.
• ذخیرهسازی و مراقبت از واکسنها و سایر وسایل EPI در منطقه خود.
• Proper running of his area cold chain.
• اجرای صحیح زنجیره سرد در منطقه خود.
• Prepare and maintain the activity timetable of the immunization activities.
• تهیه و نگهداری جدول زمانی فعالیتهای واکسیناسیون.
• Arrange vaccination sessions according to the timetable.
